Didn't pitch up

I called on Wednesday 30th Dec 15 to have my electric fence looked at. I was told someone would come through that day, waited at home all day and at 17h15 still no one had arrived so I called and rescheduled for 12h00 the following day (31 Dec). I was told that would be no problem, today 4th Jan, I am still waiting for someone to arrive! No phone call to say sorry they won't make it or to ask if they can reschedule.
