Customer Service non existant

Had a brand new Centurion D5 Evo gate motor installed by K n R Security. Also had security beams fitted to the gate.<br> Cost R6500.<br> After 2 weeks the gate started to jam. <br> Had to reset the motor on a daily basis.<br> Called K n R security as there is a guarantee.<br> They keep promising to send someone to check but no one arrives.<br> Their advertising price is not compliant with the Credit Consumer Act.<br> They don't include vat on the advertised price. They charged it after.<br> Beware of this company. They DONT HONOUR THE COMMITMENT THEY PROMISE!!!!<br> NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL...
