Lourico du Preez

Lourico du Preez the owner of K20 Maintenance was paid a deposit on the 1st of February 2021 of R11065 to make up a gate for a client. We where in communication with Lourico to determine when the installation of the gate would be done, by the 18th of February 2021 Lourico had still not done the installation and had numerous excuses with regards to the installation. We requested Lourico to send us with photos of the completed gate as our client requested a progress report. Lourico could not supply us with photos for the completed gate. We requested Lourico to pay back to money owed to us as our client was inconvenienced and we had to appoint another contractor to attend to the replacement of the gate. Lourico made numerous promises to make payment. We have been in communication with him from the 3rd of March 2021 up until today we have still not received payment. Our Lawyer sent Lourico a summons on the 28th of April 2021 to which he had 7days to make the outstanding amount and to reply to our lawyer. Lourico has still not responded to our lawyer or made payment for the outstanding amount. We have whatsapp communication where Lourico promised to make payment on numerous occasions. Lourico's quality of work is also not up to standard as we requested him to return to 2 sites where work was of poor quality. Lourico is a blatant lair and can not be trusted. I would like to warn other people of this person and any dealing in the future.

Please note That we wrongfully included Dup Projects and Services in a complaint related to Lourico du Preez from K20 Maintenance. Dup Projects and Services is owned by Hennie and Erika du Preez. We have worked with them on Several occasions in the past and we have always received excellent service and quality of work from them we where not aware that Lourico du Preez is no longer involved with Dup Prodjects and Services. The complaint with regards to money owed and poor quality of work is related to Lourice du Preez who is the owner of K 20 Maintenance.
