Poor workmanship

Bernard came out today 24 May 2023 to repair a small windscreen chip as he was recommended by my insurance broker. He mentioned that he did not heat the glass properly and now the chip looks worse with the resin forming a “stain” being easily seen on the windscreen. He says that he can’t fix it because the resin has already set. This is most disappointing after using a recommended supplier who surely does not know what he is doing. Next time I will just go to a reputable big supplier where I can take some form of recourse for poor workmanship. Trying to save Pleroma Brokers money by using this recommended supplier is now costing me inconvenience and possible further expense.
