⭐★☆☆☆ 1-Star Review: Jwili Laundry Services, Silverton Pretoria My experience with Jwili Laundry Services in Silverton has been nothing short of disappointing. To be fair, things started off well. The first lady who assisted me when I dropped off my clothes was friendly, professional, and efficient. I opted for the wash‑and‑fold service only, and she told me I could collect within 24 hours — which sounded great. Unfortunately, the problems began when I returned to collect my laundry on the third day, not even the next day. A woman who appeared to be the manager assisted me, and her attitude was completely unacceptable. She refused to let me keep my part of the slip, even though I needed it for employer reimbur*****t. The staff member who originally helped me had to explain the situation repeatedly, yet the manager insisted on keeping the customer copy — despite already having two copies on their side. Her attitude was filthy, rude, and unnecessarily confrontational. I had brought a colleague with me so he could hand in his laundry as well. He also chose the wash‑and‑fold option. The manager suddenly became furious, questioning him about why he wasn’t adding ironing, and even accusing me of “influencing customers to take the cheap way.” She gave me dirty looks and behaved as if choosing a basic service at their own business was somehow a problem. To make matters even worse, my colleague still hasn’t received his clothes after five days. We’ve gone back several times, but the store is locked 24/7. Through the glass door, we can clearly see piles of customers’ clothes stacked inside, but the place simply doesn’t open. No communication, no explanation, nothing. I’ve travelled across South Africa for nearly 20 years, and this is by far the worst laundry service I’ve ever encountered. Unprofessional management, poor customer service, and now a complete lack of accountability. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
