NBC HOLDINGS PROVIDENT FUND CLAIM. Almost a year without receiving my provident fund claim

I stopped working at Jwayelani Superstore last year, march 2024. It’s almost a year now and I still haven’t received my provident fund. I have tried several times to call NBC Holdings but nobody picks up the calls and sometimes it doesn’t go through. I have sent emails to *** asking for the status of my Provident Fund NBC claim but I get no response. They have all the required forms and documents. I am so frustrated because I need that money.
