I don't know what to call it
Hello peter
Just on Wednesday I was at jwayelani store. I had an embarrassing and disrespectful experience ever.
As we were standing in the queues, there was this guy who was taking things that are left behind the tills, so the guy ended up taking the a basket of an old lady standing before the till
The lady did not realize that her things were no longer besides her so when it was her turn to pay she than look around and saw this guy unpacking her staff she went to him and said
Those are my things, the guy responded and said how was I supposed to know I'm not a sango a, the lady rep**** and said you should have asked, the guy responded and said
US as customers we annoying we always leave things there, and the lady lost it they started fighting with words.
And first the security lady laughed, the cashiers they all made remarks and laughed to the old lady it was chaos,
I find that expirience disrespectful and lack of customer service, they should have handled the situation a way better than what they had done,.
I think they need a retraining of customer service I don't know if stores also provide training for respect especially for older people who are old enough to be their mothers
It disappointing, and I always have a bad experience every time I go there
Thank you #win
