jwayelani securities in pinetown harass customers

im very dissapointed with the service i got at jwayelani last week...a security lady and a guy forced me to pay for a toy gun that my son found on the trolley already opened saying that i must pay for it because it is broken...there are cameras at jwayelani bt they didnt even check them forcing me to pay for a toy that was not even broken just jwayelani needs to find new securities not those who harass customers without proof
