Bad attitude and Dirty floors

Last week coming from a morning i went to Jwayelani to buy Airtime so when i walked in the way water all over the floor the ladies were busy moping the other side of the shop had water aswell so I almost slipped n fell this other cashier was laughing saying" we don't wear heels that's their problem not ours.i was so disappointed by her response I went up 2 her asked her if I have fallen and broke my leg do u know I'd sue the whole shop and there's no caution sign that the floors are wet...i called aya their manager and explained my story and he apologize that lady had such attitude. Today 15/4/19 I went in to buy Airtime from cashier 5 Hlengiwe Z I greeted her and she didn't respond half of the stuff at Jwayelani cashiers they unhelpful n they have attitude can u please train ur stuff & to always clean the da floors aswell i work in a hospitality industry and i know how to treat customers
