The owner of this business, Jacques Von Metzinger, owner of Js Bargain store as well as j.w Sales rented a property from me. Not only does he not pay rent or electricity, but he also stole my electric cable from the meter to the house, left the property in a despicable manner as well as his animals. Broke doors, windows and tiles in the house and never paid his electricity.. he nearly burned down our property, and did indeed burn down our neighbors property by burning refuse *******ly after being told it isnt allowed.
