something wrong with the billing.

Due to sterns account not being paid, i was escalated to JVR Attorneys for collections. i asked for a statement to be sent to me, since i have started paying them since 2014, last year on the 05/05/2017. The statement was sent to me by Marcellino Damons. The same person sent me the statement again today on the 08/02/2018, however there are irregularities on the statement. These irregularities are incorrect. i also asked for my debit order amount to be topped up last year. Nothing was done and now i still have a huge balance at the moment. i demand answers.
