Bad service from JVL Parkview

I have paid for my Collagen Shake on the 9th of September 2022. Today is the 2nd of November, but I still have not received my order.

I am actually wondering if I am ever getting my product. I have contacted them and asked for my money back, but get no reply.

This is beyond bad service.
