TV not working and poor technician service

I bought a 58inch JVC tv from game store 28 June 2022 and the TV stopped working about 3 months ago and it was reported and to get a technician to come have a look at it has been an impossible situation. I will never buy anything from this brand ever again we have been without TV for this long and without a TV for this long. The technician keeps asking for information. I
