JVC TV QLed 35inch

We bought a JVC qled 35inch tv in december 2025. We have had the tv for 6 months, during this time we have had multiple issues with the tv its extremly slow and freezes even throwing us out of streaming platforms such as netflix that came with the tv. Now its stuck on the tv loading screen, we have unplugged the tv multiple times by the outlit. We have even switched it on and off left it unplugged for 12h and it still wont work. I will never buy a JVC product again.
