JVC South Africa unreliable to customers

I don't know contact number for JVC south african and I has a problem with JVC smart tv. T con board is faulty and need to be replaced as per technician who checked my TV.

Nu world holding is the distributor of jvc parts, but had bad experience with nu world Wynberg. I think they taking advantage of customers, they don't want to sell customers t con boards(they will tell you that they are out of stock, but they will ask you to bring your TV to them. How they going to fix my TV if they are out of stock?

I blame JVC because it doesn't care about their customers, they gave their responsibility to someone who doesn't care about their brand.

I approached many tv technician around Johannesburg. Unfortunately they can't help me when I tell them about my TV problem. Which means JVC distributor doesn't want to sell them certain TV parts, that is why the can't help me.

JVC south african if there is any, please fix this nonsense.
