JVC SMART TV POOR EXPERIENCE

I bought a JVC smart TV and I downloaded the DSTV app, It only worked for a month and now it says the device is not certified, when I call ***( JVC Joburg ) they are all rude and transferring my calls to different departments and they end up dropping my calls, I am still stuck with the TV and cannot download the DSTV APP,I wouldn't recommend JVC smart TV TO ANYONE.
