JVC Smart TV

I bought a JVC 58" Smart TV. On the package it states that it plays 4K movies and when I try to play those quality movies it simply says format not supported. What a waste of my money and please guys never think of buying this brand in your life. Only buy it when you wanna s**** it for fun or you want a white elephant in your home. JVC brand is a no go.
