JVC Smart 55" LCD TV Malfunction again

Please stay away from JVC smart TVs. I have purchased a 55" ICD Smart LCD TV in Feb 2019. Had to send it back to the shop in Sept 2019 as TV and remote stuck. Got it back in Aug 2019, apparantly software to be updated. Guess what today in Nov the same story again. Well stay away from this product. I am going to demand a refund.
