JVC poor customer service

Bought a JVC plasma tv in March this year, it stopped displaying and had only sound after 4 months and I took it back they fixed it for a month, it’s been 3 months it’s doing the same thing once more and now JVC says I have to take it back 3 times before they can give me a new tv, why buy an expensive tv if it’s give me problems so many times.
