JVC LT-49N775 TV not working

This JVC LT-49N775 TV is hopeless. the remote does often not work. The apps such as Netflix crashes. The TV is not registered on Google play, so many apps dont work. There's no optic out. stay away, not a good product. I cant stream from my phone. Prime Video, Google Play and Netflix crashes It locks up. No response from JVC. I need a replacement that works or a refund.
