JVC, **** brand, no gaurantee!!!

Bought a JVC LT-**N*** **CM CURVED HD L on the **/**/****, from house and Home and it lost functionality yesterday, no picure, just a blank screen. I've had many TV's and this is the first time , i bought this brand. Samsung, LG, Telefunken last for years, but brand only * years , is that the lifespan. So its true that JVC is **** brand. Now i'm being charged a fortune towards the repairs.
