JVC 4ksmart LT-50N795 sucks how can help

I have had about 4 JVC smart tvs and every one of them software keeps on crashing. And every time the insurance send me a new one. But only one last for 2 months ant that was the one i never update or used the smart apps. The other 3 last for 3 weeks. And i can not find a place to complain or to say the jvc 4ksmart LT-50N795 sucks and is a bad tv. So can some one help me plzzzz email me at **********
