JVC

Hi all My name is Benito Neethling . i bought 2 jvc smart tvs and the one is not responding even if i do a factory reset i tried to get new firmware only to find that they don't even develop new firmware for any of them . so in other words no after sale service what so ever . i had a lot of respect for jvc but i'm so disappointed as i spent allot of money on nothing but a big ass paperweight . i would urge everyone not to buy jvc.
