Defected goods

I received a Tv as part of a claim i had with momentum they couldn't give me the tv i had and gave me a tv that was close to the one i had, about 1 year ago around March April i contacted new world to inform them that the tv was not switching On they picked up the tv and then said there is nothing wrong with the tv and returned it to me it worked and switched on now for the past few months the tv switches off with sound playing but no picture i called new world to tell them whats going on they rather gave me another persons number to contact as they cannot help me. this is ridiculous how can a tv that is not even 2years old give problems and when i contact the place from where the tv came from they say that nothing is wrong, JVC smart tv's is a load of **** do not buy this defected goods
