CHOOSING JVC WAS THE WORSE DECISION I EVER MADE

<p>On the 10th January 2017, I visited Games Johannesburg City store to purchase a HOME-THEATRE JVC BRAND. the purchase was a success and I was happy taking my item home and ready to enjoy it. Days and weeks went by until the 14 March 2017 when all of a sudden my Home- theare stopped working and when I tried to press Power button; it wouldnt come on at all- my dreams were so crushed as I had known JVC to be the most trusted brand amongst many. I regret ever buying the Item at Games Store, and wished I could reverse the descion I made on the 10th January 2017 to opt for JVC.</p> <p>I then called Games Store JHB (CBD) where I had purchased the product, and they told me to bring in the DVD PLAYER only and not the speakers ,so they would book it for repairs- ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT! I dont believe in having any electrical appliances or Entertainment systems repaired, cause I tend to loose trust in the product and there are no items in my apartment that are repaired especially for high known brands like JVC. </p> <p>Because I had no choice; I took the Home Theatre system to Games Store and booked it for repairs on the 18th March 2017- and they advised me that it would take almost 21 days to have my HOMETHEATRE FIXED........In a mean time I have no sound nor visual system at my place. I was really and am disappointed about JVC and would never recommend it to anyone going forward.</p> <p>When I grew up, JVC has always been one of the trusted brands and this was unexpected!</p> <p>I wish I could turn back hands of time and opt for another brand- as I really really dont believe in repairing electronic stuff! NOOOOOOOO!!!!</p> <p>Now lets see if JVC CARE ENOUGH TO READ MY EXPERIENCE! * keeping fingers crossed*</p>
