Bad service From JVC

I bought a hi fi a JVC and it cost R7000. After seven months it didnt want to read dvd anymore. I took it to hi fi corporation and they send it in for repairs to JVC. I received my hi fi back after 21 days and when i got home i took the plastic off and saw my glass screen is broken. I took it back to hi fi corporation and they phoned JVC the next morning to find out by the technician he knew about it cause he broke it. Can you believe they send it back like that. Im sjocked about the service of JVC. I will tell people to not buy JVC electronics cause the service you.get from them.is shocking. I got my money back but the fact is their service is pathethic.
