Unsatisfied Swimmingpool makeover

We requested a quote from then to give our swimmingpool a new makeover, by painting it with apoxy. The guy came and painted the swimmingpool. He promised it will be done within 2 days it took 5 days for him to complete his job. Within one week after it was done the paint start pealing off. The mosiac design change colour to white. After contacting him he blamed the product and he said that he will contact the company who sold the product to him and will request a new batch to repaint the pool. We told him that we don't want the new batch and request our money back. After that he never rep**** to us again. We also sent him photos of the mess, but no reaction. We requested a new quote from Delary's Pools in Centurion to come and redo the pool.
