Beyond Pathetic

Wow! absolutely disgusted with the non-existent customer service. Made a purchase for an ebook and did not receive the item, no further communication or even a guide. Only an error message. My assignment will be due in a few days and it's been 2 days I have been having trouble getting through to them. This is without a doubt my first and last time I will be purchasing anything on their website.
