Bad service regarding a wrong order

What a bad services I encountered with them I purchased a gold shirt for my partner and when making the order I clearly specified which colors I wanted, upon receiving the order it was wrong colors and when I called to find out from them the guy by the name Sabelo was very rude telling me " human errors happen they didn't read the order properly and I must just send the parcel back" mind you I must now send the parcel with my money and they are even telling me to go send it to midrand which is very far from where I am. And till today they haven't said anything
