Items not received - NO reply from Supllier

I have bought 3 items on [URL Removed] . When i eventually received my parcel, one of the items was the wrong item, on top of that, it was broken. My 2nd item i bought a 9piece knife set, but i only received a knife block, NO knives. Only the clock that i ordered was in working order.<br> I immediately sent them an email after which i also phoned them. Carol took my order number and said that she will phone me back shortly, which she never did. I phoned them later the afternoon, when they eventually picked up the phone, she said that they would phone me first thing on Monday morning to arrange delivery of the goods. Monday came and nobody phoned, i phoned them several times but they do not answer the phone. Because they only have 1 cellphone number, they are obviously screening my calls.<br> On Tuesday i phoned again with no luck, after a while i phoned from a different cellphone number and then they answered the phone. Again Carol took my order number and said that they will phone me back shortly.<br> I can guarantee you now that she will not.<br> I also sent them about 4 emails and they haven't rep**** to ONE of them.<br> These people are very unprofessional. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !!!
