I unsubscribed, but am still being charged

I subscribed to Justplay on 13/05/2015 and then realised that they're going to charge me a subscription fee of R1.50 per day when they send me confirmation email on [Email Removed] on 13/05/2015. I send them an email on 14/05/2015 to unsubscribe me. I received this notification on 15/05/2015 that I've been unsubscribed, but I see that they're still taking money from my cell phone acc. I want them to stop taking money from my cell phone acc and remove my info from their data base
