DO NOT BUY!

I placed an order for a few items on the 20 MARCH 2015 online. After a week and no delivery - i queried when i can expect delivery - i received an email that they were out of stock of one of the items and it would arrive in 10 days. <br> After 2 more weeks i queried about my delivery and was not given any feedback. BTW my order amount was R3789 - not an amount of money to scoff at. <br> I finally got delivery on 15 APRIL - almost a month later (Their website advises 2-3 days shipping). My order included a professional curler @ R1200. When is arrived, it was obvious it was a China import - not a professional anything. I sent them an email the next day informing them i want to return it. Also, all the items received was not good quality - but there were toys and once the kids saw them we couldnt return it. They gave me an address to send it back to. I sent back the curler on 20 APRIL and gave them a tracking number and method of postage.<br> i have still not received a refund!! I receive an email yesterday saying they did not get the curler back??!!! i tracked it myself and it's at their post office since 22 APRIL! It's now JUNE and have no resolution!<br> DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
