3 weeks no response

I purchased 2 products (4 bags, 3 together as set) for mothers day. <br> <br> Firstly, after payment I received an email regarding my order. I emailed them back and no one responded (wanted to check if it will be on time for mothers day, it wasn't). Having added my mothers delivery details they actually contacted her and it was OK.<br> <br> They then dropped off the bags, except that where the 3 were the same colour in the product, the one is now yellow (the others are orange). Again I emailed them, waited a week and emailed them again last week Friday.<br> <br> So they don't respond to emails, they don't deliver the correct products and they NEVER get back to you.
