Justin Wigg not a good handyman

This is the last time I use someone who is not affiliated with a proper company. He was recommended by a friend. Washing machine wasn't spinning. I called him on the 29th March 2021. I was very impressed when he came the same day. Unfortunately he was not able to fix on site so he took it away. He quoted me R1100 to fix which I thought was reasonable. Then he told me that he needed another part and he would order. Now it was 15 days after asking what was happening with no reply. He then dropped off the washing machine outside my gate. I now need to get Bergen's to look at it
