Very disappointed customer

We reside in New Germany and called Justham Pool in Pinetown with our pool. We have had a leak in the pool pump for a while and our pool pump makes a really terrible sound when it is turned on. So we were aware that our pool pump would need repairs. The agreement was that as a reputable company, they had to thoroughly check / analyse all the pool malfunctions , give us a quote and commence with their repairs. That is not what we received. From day one, the pool pump was still not working efficiently and made a horrible sound. My mother called in to complain and asked them to address that issue, to no avail. They simply fixed the leak in the pump, and ignored the major issue which is the pool pump itself. It really is sad to spend hard earned money in today's economic climate and then not receive the service that we paid for. As of now, the pool pump and pool caterpillar is not working properly so our pool is dirty again and we are back to square one after having spent thousands, so it is money down the drain. We are very disappointed because we have to now, fix the pool pump which is going to be very costly. Not only does this have negative financial implications for us, but it is stress inducing for my mother. We shouldn't be fixing the pool one part at a time, it should have been a holistic repair to save us money and stress. So, we are not impressed at all !
