Wrost service ever

The wrost service ever. I got a couch which is as hard as a rock when u sit It literally hurts. The couch material is coming off The buttons are all out. Whn u sit on the sit the legs bend. N one part is problem. Spoke to the lady about it but she is so rude, her customer service is so bad. She doesn’t knw how to communicate. The way her couch is so uncomfortable evn sitting on a champ chair is better. 2 months down the line i get a call saying thy r gonna make me a 3 2 1 sitter couch, i asked for what i didnt order mus and i will never buy from u guys ever. Thy say no we fixing our mistakes n it will be an apology couch

The lady called with thy landline n then 2 with the whtsapp number. Last week i text n ask how far with the couch and this was pearl s respond

“ Iyoo am sorry my dear there is a lady called portia who had her couch broken I don't know how and she called our boss fighting so i think upon trying to get back to her they called the wrong Portia” The way I know her she wll come back as a bomb 🙆♂️I thought they spoke to her

Then boom she went silent on me as usual

Thy make people fools n play on our emotions and forget its hard earned money used to try and support small business.
