Bad customer service

I ordered a customized bed base from this company. I asked for the base to have 4 drawers and a lid, to which they agreed. They then said delivery will be the following Thursday. I only received the order 2 weeks later at 21:00! Then the base only had 2 drawers and a very untidy job. When I contacted the person in charge,Pearl, she refused to assist me and did not even want to refund my deposit. And still wanted the full price paid for something I didn't want. I was totally unhappy with her pathetic service!
