I have 23 years experience with hair extensions.

The hair supp**** was absolute poor quality!

Multiple Attempts turned down to solve the first batch of 150 poor quality hair extensions supp**** without explanation or photos of the goods.

Hair extremely fine and thin plus sheds continously.

Excessive Hair fall occurs when brushing at the root where her salon dyed it natural blonde.

Suspected Fibre or second hand reworked hair.

We would like to suggest the following.

The refund +R9000 for all hair extensions sold.

Both hair samples were tested.

Quality Test*

+3A first test fine hair sample. 10A second test on thick hair sample.

Burn Test Result.

First hair sample melts Second hair sample smokes and turns to ashes.

ALL 200 extensions was removed and returned to Just Your Hair.

The second batch of 50 was ordered from her other supplier and is 3 times the thickness and better quality. Could not color so they refunded R200 charge.

Only offered free delivery as compensation for R9000 loss.

No solution offered. Instructed me to get a lawyer.
