Unbelievably bad!

<p>This is just the worst service ever!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels like this. We discussed the move, and on Peter's advice I decided that a 24 cubic ...metre container would be sufficient , two pick up points, one delivery point. Everything went well, until we tried to finish off at the second pick up point, when his staff claimed that everything would not fit and it would need a second vehicle - but with at least 25-30% of the contained underutili sed - bad planning, bad packing, lazy staff. Eventually everything was loaded, and we arrived safely at our destinatio n. They offloaded everything , some stuff on the driveway, and when we told them that the second entrance on the same premises would make taking the stuff inside easier, the loaders picked up a steel cupboard and started walking. The driver got into the vehicle (Ford Ranger) and drove round the corned - same premises. My friend realised that they would only carry the one item and then leave. We joined them but by that time the driver (Laxon or Laxton) had locked his door, and we were standing at the passenger side. The loaders got into the Ranger and, with the door still open, the driver pulled away at a high speed - powerful Ranger bakkie! I got out of the way, but the side of container hit my friend and threw her on the road. Now they have a hit and run charge against them, a police report, ER records for my friend's injuries, an assault charge pending, etc. etc. - everything avenue that we can, will be used - and I am in the process of reporting this business to every authority that has any say and influence on this, as well as demanding that the driver's licence be suspended and never renewed. I also have my own business (almost 18 years now) - and I know what good service should look like in order to sustain your business. It does not look like this!! Whoever reads this, please spread the word so that this business will not have the opportunit y to do damage to somebody else - the next person may just be ****ed!!</p>
