Pathetic Service

Firstly i booked a 4 ton truck for the 30th of September 2017 and on the day of moving i was sent a van with a trailerand two guys to move a two bedrooms flat furniture with a lounge and a dining room furniture. Since they were not gonna be able to move everything in one load we were told to pay for two loads of which we disputed,it was then agreed to pay for one load since it was across the street but worse was still to come. Our furniture was damaged almost everything was left with scratch marks,cupboard glass broken and we were told that all the damages will be reported to Peter.On the 2nd of October 2017 when i phoned Peter he said nothing was reported to him and said he's gonna investigate and come back to us and a week later he responded putting a blame to us that our furnitute was not wrapped . He took no responsibility at all.His service is pathetic and will never recommend his service to anyone and his men are ***********. Now i am left with damaged furniture. It was not my first time moving my furniture ,I have used two reliable known companies in the past without having my furniture wrapped. So this excuse is pathetic.
