Disastrous move never to be wished on my biggest enemy.

After confirming and accepting a move between 9am and 10am, Justtrucking finally arrived at 1pm, after numerous phone calls, as I was on the sidewalk with my furniture (as I had to get a family member to help me carry everything out onto the road and garden as the new tenant had moved their belongings in as I had promised the occupation by 11am latest),with no option but to wait as they had already been paid a couple of days beforehand. Disastrous, embarrasing and traumatic experience that I hope never to be put in such a position again.
