empty promises

<p>i paid for website designing in august - Yvette and her staff promised to have my website running within a week after paymnet is made. Ita been almost 3 months trying to get answers from them to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Finally heard from Yvette a month ago and promised my refund still awiting .She was apparently away - how does this company operate with no feedback and follow ups.left messages and emails still no joy</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
