User UNfriendly Site

It is unfortunate that Just the Job does not upgrade its website to make it more user friendly, allowing the user to upload their own (professional) CV and allowing online application for positions. I recently came across 3 or 4 positions which aligned exactly with my s****s and experience, however the only option for applying was via fax. WHO still uses fax these days? Be that as it may, I registered an email to fax account and PAID to send my applications. However, I have no idea if they have been legibly received, who reviews these (Just the Job or the recruiting company) as often times the same fax number is listed for multiple positions, and there is absolutely no feedback whatsoever after faxing an application. Has my application been seen/viewed, have I been excluded from the process going forward, am I a potential candidate? Seems to have been a complete waste of my time and money :(
