Terrible service

Terrible service. Seems to be a ****. Has taken my money for two years and cannot give me an update or statement of accounts. Very friendly at first and let’s you believe she will do her best to get everything sorted. She says she sends mails with updates but we never receive anything and following up weekly. Plain lazy. Just taking money for nothing.
