Just Tax Proprietary Limited: Shocking service delivery!

The service I received at Just Tax Proprietary Limited is absolutely shocking. The service doesn't deserve any stars, but unfortunately I had to give a star rating in order to post a review. I have been making monthly payments to Just Tax to file my income returns since May 2018. I have been trying to get in touch with Tracey, the owner, since October 2018 to see if she requires anything from me to file my taxes. When I recently logged on to my eFiling profile, I noted that my return for the 2018 year of assessment has not been filed. This lack of service delivery is shocking considering that I have been paying for this service to be rendered (about R3500 in total to date) and have never been late with payments. Please refrain from using Just Tax. There are better ways to waste your money!
