We are their regular clients but they dropped the ball.

We have been regular clients of Just Steel since when they started in 2012. Normally things arrive within 3 to 7 working days but this time there was a delay. I believe they had some labour problems and we accept that and forgive the delay. However, communication could have been better. Based on the dozens of orders we have had with them over the years we can allow some problems from time to time. We now have the product ordered and the goods are good quality as always. Will use them again but can only forgive once.
