Very disappointed and very angry

Ordered our 4 steel cupboards on 17th July 2017 and paid for in full. Numerous phone calls and emails with no response a month later. Want to cancel this order and retrieve our monies paid. What an absolute run around. Absolute joke the responses one gets. We have serious doubts whether this is an actual business.
