VAT Invoice - No Answer

<p>I have been trying to get hold of Just Steel since Tuesday. Purchased online no answer to any calls emails etc. Need a VAT Invoice. tracking system on website does not work. So when will my goods be delivered. we require it for our Audit which is coming up but cant get an answer. Live help does not work at all. not even sure if my request went through. </p>
