To Manager Responds

The first email we received from Just steel was on 3 Nov, with quote/proforma as requested – order number: JS ********** We made the payment on the 7th of Nov with the amount of R54 829.44 and I called the after to asked if they received the payment but no one was answering. I send an email in connection with payment. Just steel rep**** 8 Nov on my request the of previous day I called often in connection with our order but never get through to them I emailed on 20th of Nov and asked to provide me with a date when the order will be finished. Just steel actually rep**** and said the order is 2 weeks in production being manufactured. The next day I asked on email to send me a tax invoice, that I never received. On 1 Dec I mailed again and asked again about our order and again they rep**** with the same words….your is still in production being manufactured. On 12 Dec I tried to call again and again I can’t get through. I emailed again with the same question and still got the same answer from them. Friday the 15th Dec I emailed with the address for delivery of our order, and asked again to provide me with date and time. They never respond to my email. Today is the 6th week from our order date. I can’t through to them on the phone neither are they replying to email I send out this morning. This is really a pathetic service!!! Feel free to contact me on **********
