Still Waiting
I placed my order online at the end of January, received my quote and made my payment more then a month ago, no response. Numbers just ring, the website's online help is 'offline' emails don't get answered? just want some feedback that this is not just a ****! ref: JS ********** 787

19 Mar 2018, 11:59BEWARE!! after posting this, i received an email asking me to refer to https://juststeel.co.za/return-and-refund.php where they go into great detail about what no to do! no apology or excuses, same telephone number on the email signature, which just rings. Oddly enough when you call from a number they dont have recorded you get through! i suspect they are blocking numbers! We were told to take this post down before waiting a further 4 weeks for our order! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
